1. The Service
BuildProject360 provides project management, photo documentation, estimating, invoicing and website tools for contractors. By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully and only for your own business.
2. Accounts & Trials
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription (monthly or annual) is required. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Your Data
You own your project data, photos, documents and customer information. We store it securely and never sell it. You can export your data or delete your account at any time — in the app (Profile › Delete account) or by contacting support.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other accounts, or misuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Estimates, invoices and documents generated are your responsibility to verify.
