1. What We Collect
Account details (name, email, company), project data you enter, photos and videos you upload — including the GPS location and capture time attached to them — microphone audio you record for walkthroughs, contact information for your customers and crew, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use It
To provide the service: syncing your projects, sending transactional emails (password resets, invitations, receipts), and improving reliability. We do not sell personal data and do not use tracking pixels in emails.
3. Your Customers
When you share portals, estimates or invoices, your customers see only what you choose to share. Their contact details are used solely to deliver those documents.
4. Storage & Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. Passwords are hashed. Photos and files are served through signed, tenant-scoped URLs.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@buildproject360.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential storage (sign-in token, language preference). When advertising measurement is enabled, the Meta Pixel may set its own cookies (_fbp, _fbc) — see Advertising measurement.
7. Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our ads perform — for example, whether someone who clicked an ad later starts a trial. These tools record page visits and signup events linked by a random event ID. We do not send your project data, photos or customer information to Meta. You can opt out at any time with a browser content blocker or through your Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences).
