BuildProject360 Partner Program Terms

Effective October 2026 · version 1

Who can join

  • Anyone may apply. Every application is reviewed by hand, and your link and code go live only after approval.
  • Two partner types: Sales rep and Affiliate.

Commission

  • Sales reps earn 20% and affiliates earn 15% of what a referred company actually pays (after discounts, founding pricing and refunds, excluding sales tax) for that company's first 12 months, unless your approval email sets different terms.
  • Commissions are calculated on paid subscription invoices only — setup help, one-off services, and extra-user seats are excluded unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We may set a custom percentage, a longer term (24 months or lifetime), or a flat signup bonus for individual partners. Custom terms apply to companies you bring after the change; existing referrals keep the terms they started with.

Attribution

  • Your link sets a first-party, 60-day attribution cookie on our public pages. The first partner whose link a visitor uses gets the referral (first touch wins). A code typed at signup counts if the visitor has no stored link.
  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals: no attribution is stored or tracked for visitors who opt out.
  • Self-referrals are not allowed: you cannot refer your own company or accounts sharing your company name, email domain, or payment card. Self-referrals are void and may end the partnership.

Getting paid

  • Commissions become payable after a 30-day hold. Refunds or chargebacks within 60 days of a payment reverse the related commission.
  • Payouts are manual for now: request a payout from your partner dashboard, and we pay by check or Zelle within 14 days, then mark it paid with a note. We do not collect bank details, SSNs, or tax IDs in the app; a W-9 (if required) is handled directly by email.
  • You can track clicks, signups, paying companies, and earned/pending/paid amounts on your private partner dashboard link. Keep that link secret; ask us to rotate it if it leaks.

Your promises (FTC)

  • Whenever you share your link or code, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission — e.g., "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." This follows the FTC endorsement guidelines.
  • No spam, no paid ads on our trademark terms, no misleading claims about BuildProject360, and no promising features or discounts we haven't published.

House rules

  • Either side can end the partnership at any time. If we end it for a rules violation, unpaid commissions on void referrals are forfeited. If we end it for convenience, commissions already earned on active referrals keep paying through their term.
  • Customer referrals ("Refer 3, yours is free") are a separate program for customers. A company you bring as a partner earns you commission and does not also count as your customer referral.
  • We can update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
  • Questions: partners@buildproject360.com.

Affiliate disclosure: BuildProject360 partners earn a commission when companies sign up through their link or code, at no extra cost to the customer.
